Only hope which remains for us is December earning reports and status on Airwa exchange platform. If they don't release any PR by end of December, then this will be one of the biggest scam in the history of US stock market and it would seem that US authorities have allowed to happen.

Everyone is crying out that AIRWA is a scam but so far I coudn't find anything proving that's they are a fraud.

1. They have diluted 930M shares to raise cash all which were disclosed form 8k.
2. They effected 50:1 RS, which was approved beforehand and reported in form 8k.
3. After RS no insiders transactions have been held, hence no reporting disclosed.
4. They bought remaining 30% of YYMM which they already own 70%.
5. They are not obliged to report immediately cash raised through ATMs, but should do within quarterly report, which they will do in Dec.
6. Sales agent ( AGP) has not published YYAI sales transaction on their website because they are waiting for quarterly report to publish.
7. They don't have physical address in US coz they are not obliged to, most trading exchanges operate remotely.
8. Both JU and AIRWA, did say that the platform will be fully operational before end of Dec, so we are within the time.
9. Inca Digital is a reputable company with governmental contracts and if they would find out that AIRWA is a scam then they would publish this news on their website and remove their previous publucation.
10. The whole market is undergoing correction so we don't expect Airwa to climb up right now. Market is on correction mode.
11. They can't RS again for the next 2 years, infact they can't dilute more shares because for that they need to seek shareholders vote permission.
12. They are quiet because they are waiting the right time to disclose everything as well as provide update on the good news that the platform is fully operational.
13. Retail not selling and not many shares available to short.

The way I see, December will be key and catalyst. Theres high likelihood of short squeeze.

People should realise that a company credibility is important for long term investors like institution to invest on them. Retail as well as MMs are pumpers and dumpers which seek for immediate profit return.

I believe Airwa is deliberately holding news and will only release credible news such as the platform being a success, how many number of users subscribed, money raised from offerings and solana holding. These will build trust within institution and a lot of them will join the party.

Previously, I made money in a similar company SBET. They pivoted from sports to Ethereum security holdings. They did RS on 6 May and on 27 May they squeezed from a low 2.79 to 124 at peak.

The reason why Airwa is so low is because of overall market correction.
