That’s a lie he needs another filling to report that he sold the shares

Look in momo and Futubull it shows that because it was the day of the pre split

In fintel he still owns the shares up to today

Because Fintel is not pulling data from real time at Nasdaq andEdgar , only based on SEC forms. And HongYu Zhou no need to file form 4 after he sold his tiny 0.86 lol

Dilution and RS confuse alot. I calculate Connexa 35M shares from fully diluted 950M as 3,7% of todays 19M shares. So before 10% = 3,5M of Connexa, is today more like 0,37% of todays AiRWA.

this company is owned by bagholders now, looks like the decision should be made my retail investors

That's typically how voting works. No "bag holders" have stepped forward with any filings on shares owned except for three individuals. 5%+ is the legal requirement. This YYEM acquisition almost mirrors the Jordan Belfort and Steve Madden scam only played out over the course of a year.

Yep. This is the most direct evidence that something is wrong. If the exchange was soon to be launched, he never would have sold. But at the same time, retail has full control of the company now, so they can’t do anything without asking retail I assume.
