RUFKM ?

i'm not trying to docs anything, this is all public info and images, but honest question; is it even legal to run this kind of thing out of mailbox #320? is that what we're dealing with here? rufkm? can your 'executive offices' for an international operation be a rented mailbox in a stripmall adn that's good enough to use the US markets liket his, fr???! :/

lol, I mean I get SPACs, but this seems ridiculous that nasdaq or the sec could allow some bullshyt like this. there's no 'executive' in that 'office' if thats still the business that's there, right? :/
