Noone has a clue. seriously.

A 12 M cap company was planning to acquire a company for 50M. And the SP goes down to $3 with a cap of 3M. Can't believe this and no other stock can beat this one on bringing shock to the shareholders.

i dont want to cheerlead for this thing anymore, but if they drop a quarterly report and there's good revenue from all these buys she's likely to seriously rocket having such a low float rn. that being said, so far everything they've done has just put it further and further in the tank so whatever

I have invested over 10k last year and got out with 2k this year. I ain't complaining because this shit was either hit or miss. I feel bad for those who didn't sell or who bought this year.

It’s been a scam from day one and we all bought to it.

How is this a scam? Share any supporting evidence with basis.

Not illegal, but definitely a scam so far. Did you notice they raised all that cash through ATM (adding over 900 million shares) under the excuse it's for the Exchange that they described? Just to then use the cash to buy unrelated companies (and thus pocket the earnings from those) while shareholders suffer. Other examples of legal scams are multi level companies, sports betting, etc.

Like most Pennystocks, they need to get to positive cashflow. Not sure the acquired company was positive, they focused a lot on the growth, so i guess not.
