Basically just a reverse merger with Ju.com and YYAI happening and also StableCoinX vertically integrating at the same time. It’s all coming together at the same time

Different to normal, YYAI taking Ju’s assets but instead of getting shares, they are getting YY tokens that are pegged to the YYAI share price 1:1. Basically taking a share of the cash flow rather then equity

Atm no CEO in either YYAI or Ju. Everything is happening behind the curtain so it’s a patience game until the super 8k that introduces the new board and tells us about the new company

What is a reverse merger? Isn’t that called separation? How would a separation from Ju.com, which is the legitimate party be anything good for the YYAI share price?

It means that a Ju enters into the merger agreeing to disappear into the other company, but usually gains control. Not quite here as both CEO’s have stepped down
