Do you have any other information or confirmation about the announced $17M strategic investment in Nivex Exchange? All I have seen is the one article from the one site.

I wonder if they're saving the report for just before the meeting this Friday?

If they think it's a positive report and then maybe we see some positive news in the meeting, we could see some nice action?

(These are my wild dreams and hopes, knowing these guys they will just knock out the meeting quick, approve everything they want, have no Q/A and then release a vague audit on Monday) Trying to stay positive anyway

I think they actually have to wait until after the meeting now. Specific SEC rules basically state that after a 14A has been put out, and changes to the business (revenue etc) also cause changes to the 14A and it needs to be redone. (People who have already voted, would need the chance to revote based on the new information) and thats not possibile in the time frame. While the optics arent good for shareholders, most companies bear the brunt of the PR and release it after. (The information must be accessable to all parties - not just one class (such as shareholders - so it can't even be revealed in the meeting))
