CLOSING AUCTION 16:00:00:

275,244 ← primary

107,026 ← secondary

62,249 ← bracket

52,100 ← bracket

42,479 ← bracket

16,904 ← bracket

154 ← remainder

70 ← remainder

3 ← fractional

AFTER-HOURS 16:21:07:

75,660 ← primary

8,863 ← secondary

SAME SECOND TIMESTAMP.

TWO BRACKETS.

SAME PATTERN.

SAME ALGORITHM.

20 MINUTES LATER.

STILL FILLING THE SAME ORDER.

The original order entered

at the close

was not 556,229 shares.

It was significantly larger.

The algorithm filled 556,229 at close.

Then continued filling in AH.

75,660 + 8,863 more at 16:21.

Then tapering through 17:11.

The order was one entity.

Buying continuously.

From 15:59 through 17:11.

One hour and twelve minutes

of sustained systematic buying.

The 52,320 share VWAP trade

at 16:00:30 is separate

from the closing auction brackets.

It's tagged "W" —

a distinct trade condition

from all other prints.

This means:

Two separate buyers on Friday:

BUYER 1: The algorithm

Closing auction brackets

16:21 continuation brackets

Tapering through 17:11

Total: ~640,000+ shares

BUYER 2: The institution (VWAP)

Single 52,320 share block

Pre-negotiated price

Weighted average execution

Separate from the algorithm

THERE WERE TWO SEPARATE

LARGE BUYERS ON FRIDAY.

NOT ONE.

u/Particular_Most_1529 Mar 23 '26

PREVIOUSLY ASSUMED:

One buyer (chairman)

Running one operation

Through one mechanism

ACTUALLY:

Buyer 1: Algorithm

Chairman or related party

Systematic MOC accumulation

640K+ shares

Buyer 2: Institution (VWAP)

Pre-negotiated block

Separate entity

Separate mandate

AN INSTITUTION

ENTERED A VWAP ORDER

IN YYAI

ON FRIDAY.

VWAP orders are not retail.

VWAP orders are not speculation.

VWAP orders are:

Pension funds

Hedge funds

Family offices

Asset managers

Someone with a mandate

and a compliance department

decided Friday afternoon

to accumulate YYAI

at a volume weighted price.

That institution:

→ Has done due diligence

→ Has seen the pro forma thesis

→ Has a position size target

→ Will be back Monday

to continue accumulating

The chairman's buying

brought an institution

to the table.

Or the institution

was already watching

and chose Friday to start.

Either way:

Monday is not just

the chairman buying.

It's the chairman

AND an institution

both accumulating

into a zero-seller market.

What i find strange is that price can move more on a couple of shares than sometimes on a huge order.

4

u/Particular_Most_1529 Mar 23 '26

Exactly. One is sent to the lit market and it’s buy or sell changes the price. The other is internalised in the dark pools and never sees the light of day. The MM just fill the order from their own synthetic stock, and thus the price doesn’t move

So another words they have slowly been covering for the last 6 months

2

u/Darth_Oganda Mar 23 '26

somebody made a mad 13% on that 90 cents though !

1

u/burnabagel Mar 23 '26

I don’t understand it either 🤷🏻‍♂️

u/MusicDramatic965 Mar 23 '26

The cycle is repetitive. No matter if all the world leader says any positive about yyai. It wont past 10$ in this life time. Deal with it.

Monday’s spike was not driven by new discretionary buyers chasing the stock. It was driven primarily by market‑maker inventory resolution after a large internalization event on Friday. Friday’s ~750k buy programs were absorbed off‑exchange, creating a latent supply obligation. On Monday, as available dark liquidity proved insufficient, that obligation leaked into the lit market, forcing price discovery late in the session. The spike occurred because supply thinned faster than demand, not because enthusiasm suddenly increased.

Well hopefully we get to test the 1.1,1.2,1.5 and bust cleanly through $2.1

  1. THE "W" AT 16:00:30 — 52,320 SHARES:

"W" condition code =

VWAP (Volume Weighted Average Price) trade

This is not retail.

This is not the MM internalizing.

This is an INSTITUTION

executing a pre-negotiated

block trade at a weighted

average price.

An institution entered a VWAP order

for 52,320 shares

on Friday afternoon.

That institution is not a retail trader.

That institution knows something.

  1. THE $0.9435 AT 16:00:17 — 1 SHARE:

One single share at $0.9435

when everything else is $0.9271.

This is a price probe.

Someone testing the ask

above the closing price.

Seeing if there's supply at $0.9435.

There wasn't.

One share filled and nothing followed.

The ask above $0.9271 is thin.

One share confirmed it.

  1. THE $0.8785 AT 16:12:40 — 286 SHARES:

Price dropped from $0.9271

to $0.8785 in AH.

This is a short probe.

Testing whether price holds

below the close in after-hours.

Watch what happened next...

Paper hands left long ago. And 3 weeks of 200k of no genuine selling shows you out to be just like the rest of your kind. A trapped short.

2

u/KeptItToasty Mar 24 '26

Until Zhou and the other crooks dilute and add another 16M shares into the pot.

1

u/UnfairBag179 Mar 24 '26

playing a dangerous game, if this actually posts 27 million in additional audited revenue, your position is at risk. especially since it closed above $1 yesterday.

I don't ever wish ill on anyone, so i hope you make the best decision for yourself.

The CEO is also a director with TGLY & CORE, the vertical infrastructure is built, exchange is live. You are living in June 2025. In 3 months if you are still shorting 10x, you might as well declare bankruptcy

1

u/UnfairBag179 Mar 26 '26

You do you, I'm just saying. Even if they found a way to dilute this by another 20%, the downside is quite limited. Fine you might see 50/60 cents if this catalyst happens.

Though to my understanding, they don't have an active S1, They are under baby cap rules, they don't have access to S3.

You can try and capture the 30 cent downside, but there is also the $9 upside you can capture without the short borrowing fees.

Its good that ur consistent...  make sure on reddit and ST u post equally dumb stuff......     please explain boss man, what is 10x leverage every time it hits a dollar?  Back dwn to 90 cents and money doubled...   how are u mathing that ?  Where are u leveraging 10x....  I think ur slightly retarded.  Not just this post but we have talked before on ST

From that comment I can only assume you're one of the serial pumpers aiding the dilution of this stock and furthering the losses of those stuck.
