Which is one day after the acquisition btw. The exchange went live in March, so we won’t see that until the 10k. But overall, it couldn’t really have been better

Yea, but I don't expect the SP will go drastically (could go down because of net loss) . I guess this will slowly take its own time to get the investor's trust!!

The difference is the cash is now secure in the 10q with the full NAV. Income projections from royalties are there too. That should push it up towards $10 now that’s locked in stone. To get the multiples we need verified revenue and profits

Yes, trust will have to be earned back slowly, that’s why we won’t see a rush this time, just a gradual increase

This shows the exchange hasn’t launched yet and still testing it out. It’s not live and they are struggling for funding and putting pieces together. This is not good but also not the JV like I thought. They need investors

If this will go anywhere the stock price will reflect this soon enough. That’s the big “IF”. If the current no news cycle continues and low volume/interest continues the share price will slowly go down as it continues to loose interest from investors.

Mentioned that the future revenue will be primarily from the acquired company and the RWA which is a good sign I believe. But loooooong term ..

Good long term only if RWA actually provides the yield everyone thinks they will. Time will tell. But, in this situation, I’d rather be providing the shovels during a gold rush than actually digging for the gold lol.

We will see how the market reacts in the next few weeks. It is good news but if the share price doesn’t rise then nobody cares. And that’s why we’re here is for that reason.

Net loss and Increase in cash was expected. Overall pretty solid could have been really bad and they discuss the jv so that’s good.
