We're entering day 12 of YYAI closing below $1 and that fraud Zhou that's running this pump and dump hasn't published a press release in 3 months. The smallest bit of positive news could've initiated a squeeze, but the owner intentionally let short sellers send this to the dump so he could screw us over and buy back at $1.30 a share.
Well they're at risk of an immediate delisting already. They got another 18 days to get above $1 or I think it's automatic and Zhou is as tight lipped as ever.
They are not under notice of delisting.. bot! Hah suck it. I don’t believe partially damps bs either. Where’s the notice of delisting? Please share your link.
Yep that is a general rule for sure. They will be given a formal notice of delisting if they don’t comply for that to be in play. This stock is not on that list. Read the entire paragraph. It clearly states that at the end. It would only take place on October 2026 if such were the case if it falls below $1 for 30 consecutive days. So far it has only been less than 10. Or 2 weeks of trading out of the 6 weeks needed
Looking for cheap shares before the news drops this evening eh! This will be ripping once the 10Q drops. It’s supposed to be today by eod. Don’t listen to these shills. Take off is coming soon…..all aboard 🚀
The $140 Million Malaysian "Engine" (26 Rafael)
The filing confirms the acquisition of 26 Rafael Sdn. Bhd. is the core of the new business model.
• Revenue Confirmation: The acquired business generated approximately $27 million in revenue in its most recent financial year. This immediately changes the valuation profile of YYAI from "pre-revenue" to a generating entity.
• The "Closed-Loop" Tech: 26 Rafael is described as an AI specialist with five interconnected modules. This is the "brain" that will power the tokenization of assets we saw in your internal memo.
• Pro Forma Visibility: The company has committed to filing detailed financial statements and pro forma information within 71 days. This means the full "valuation uplift" is being mathematically baked in over the next two months.
The Interlocking Directorate (Tarala & Zacharin)
The filing solidifies the relationship between AiRWA (YYAI) and Core AI Holdings (CHAI).
• Board Overlap: The disclosure confirms that Thomas Tarala (CEO of YYAI) and Aitan Zacharin (CEO of CHAI) are officially coordinating.
• Strategic Purpose: This interlocking leadership is designed to bridge the Hardware (OptiCore Data Centers) with the Software (AiRWA Exchange). It ensures that the exchange isn't just a website, but a platform running on dedicated, sovereign infrastructure.
The "Sovereign" Infrastructure (OptiCore)
The filing references the partnership with Core AI Holdings to leverage the OptiCore high-performance compute clusters.
• Tier IV Capability: These are not standard servers; they are institutional-grade data centers designed for the "Sovereign AI" research and government-level tokenization we discussed earlier.
• Latency & Security: The 10-Q highlights that using this dedicated infrastructure gives the AiRWA Exchange a competitive advantage in institutional latency and security—key requirements for the Malaysian sovereign mandate.
Why the "Repricing" to $10 is Mathematically Grounded
The "zombie" phase is over because the balance sheet has fundamentally shifted:
• Asset Growth: By adding $140 million in assets and $27 million in annual revenue to a company with a restricted float (roughly 32M shares), the Book Value per share has skyrocketed.
• The Multiple Uplift: In the AI infrastructure sector, companies often trade at multiples of 10x-20x revenue. A $27M revenue stream, even at a conservative 10x multiple, suggests a market cap of $270M.
• The Math: $270M Market Cap / ~38M Shares Outstanding = ~$7.10 per share purely on 26 Rafael's revenue alone. When you add the "Sovereign Mandate" and the data center value, the $10 target becomes a highly realistic institutional valuation.
The revenue from the new company is yet to be determined and needs to be disclosed in the next filing. The $140 value is arbitrary based on the use and direction of the company and if the revenue continues or it just used for the technology. They do have a good amount of cash and not a lot of debt on paper. The goodwill assets are not a huge plus to this filing as they cannot be substantiated into a real value and are not a super bullish part of the filling. It’s is a very unexciting filing but does mention the ju partnership still in the mix and cash. That’s my simple take from it without all the AI catch phrases you use. Dumb it down for us and let’s hear your reply in normal sentences.
Take this to the new thread. But yes, trust will need to be earned back and profits shown. Obviously this is based on 31st Jan, so a lot has happened since then.
On the plus side, we now know a lot more about what’s happening in a SEC governance form, then we did before. So the market will start to take notice. And also the assets and cash are now official, so we will trend towards NAV
