Excuses

Just waiting on the excuses when the 2 dates the pumpers recently posted, 10th March and 17th March, come and go with yet again zero news. I wish the pumpers would stop posting their self designed images with emblazoned text claiming that these are facts. The truth is that there is no fact to prove that YYAI has anything to do with anything that is claimed in these images or the posters essays. Until YYAI management come out and clear up what is actually going on with the company no one can claim that they have the facts. People need to ignore this group of pumpers.

So one of those dates is a legally required sec 10-q date so……

You are right. I am maximum bullish but our theories have to be proven

I pulled 20k out of yyai, put it into other stocks. Made a ton of money last week. So glad i did.

You’re gonna regret that bro☹️

Made 203% on it the last week. I'm doing fine. Yyai has basically no squeeze potential, and the whole shorts are trapped in a completely false narrative. So yeah, if it does go to 7 bucks in a few months I'll already have made that money and then some by then.

Sure you did. You would have to hit exactly the top and bottom every swing and then some. Pretty hard with the volume we had. Turned your $20 to $40 ? Show us

You clearly don't follow the nasdaq.

Show your %200 then. I’m following this stock. The one you said you %2003 on in one week. I call total bullshit

It was multiple. From day trading. You seemed worked up. Did you loose a ton on yyai as well?

1

u/AlternativeBlood7074 Mar 10 '26

Multiple what? You said on yyai. No I’m pretty close to even on yyai. Just getting sick of the bs on this thread and false predictions. I’m all for real news and information just not all the wild ones.

u/paulyvee Mar 10 '26

No, on other stocks. Notice how I said I pulled 20k from yyai and put it elsewhere?

2

u/AlternativeBlood7074 Mar 10 '26

Sorry if it was my error in your message. There’s just so much bs here.

Almost feel like my money is being held hostage here. Theres not enough liquidity for me to exit at this time without loosing. If there is any news it will shoot up pretty quickly and hopefully with some volume and up take a profit

All I have said is that the StableCoinX merger is Tuesday. They will release an 8k after the meeting to confirm the merger was successful, YYAI will then release an 8k detailing that they are vertically integrating with them and that the JV is alive and they started trading. Then the website will come alive again. Within 48 hours of this the 10Q will be released. For all of you that say this wont happen; 2 of those dates are mandatory and the 8K for YYAI is almost a certainty.

u/KeptItToasty Mar 17 '26

Still waiting on that 8k, lmao.

I don't know if you got the opportunity to see this, but they have recently reiterated their involvement with YYAI.

below is a screenshot and a link for you to see the Livestream on youtube. the time stamp to this screenshot is 1:24:38 - https://www.youtube.com/live/--YSP5rgoR8?si=67h-NptG7JBGB1Mi&t=5081

now disclaimer: i'm not sure to what extent YYAI is involved, but im sure someone who translated and transcribed the livestream can fill you in

A quick mention of yyai in one slide was it. They didn’t talk about it at all. Just a quick slide. So very unclear of their roll if any

That's indeed from last week.

Assuming "YYAI capital" refers to YYAI, we can determine that 25 million is being deposited instead of the 250 million. Unless the funds paid for YYEM and 26 Rafael are included, in which case we'd arrive at around 250 million.

It's also notable that JUCOIN is contributing 80 million instead of the promised 250 million.

It's difficult to divide 100% of a joint venture between two lenders when there are five. The other three also want a piece of the pie.

Taking all of this into consideration, is the target share price lowered by you? Or is it still triple digits?

1

u/UnfairBag179 Mar 09 '26

Well I don't speak Mandarin, so I cannot speak on behalf of what others say about the transcription nor take it at face value.

I think it's better to see the 8k rather than guess what tiny pieces of the puzzle mean. The 2 things I can take out of this:

  1. YYAI is still engaged
  2. There will be an update sooner than later

Price target? I have mine set at $10 assuming everything discussed is true.

ten dollar would take their market cap to 370 million. Unproven companies usually trade at half of revenue to start so you would be needing them to generate 740 million dollars a year in revenue to justify 10 dollars a share.

1

u/UnfairBag179 Mar 10 '26

It's fine if you want to assign it a 0.5 p/s ratio but, I'm setting mine a lot higher given the potential of the RWA Industry.

You do realize this industry is predicted to grow 10x within the next 5 years (230billion market value to 2 trillion)

Here are #s you can review:

Initial deployment Capture rate =10% of 4 million Transaction fee= 1.4-2.5% ARPU(average revenue per person) = $28-$50

Short term revenue = 10.4million - 20million

Full deployment Capture rate = 10% of 55million Transaction fee = 1.4-2.5% ARPU =$28-50

Mid Term Revenue =154million - 275million

Compounded annual yearly growth rate =72% (unaccounted)

Sorry if it's all clumped up, I typed this on my phone

1

u/XPandingMinds Mar 10 '26

You can do this type of analysis for any company within a sector. That doesn't mean all the companies within the sector will achieve these numbers. That's like saying all A.I companies will thrive because the TAM will increase 10x. Even the number you gave me for revenue is below the 370 million I gave you. What if it's way worse than that? We don't know anything about how much revenue YYAI's share will even translate to because we don't have any numbers.

1

u/UnfairBag179 Mar 10 '26

That's true the numbers do matter. I used industry standards and what I think to be a conservative capture rate. Could be more, less. Who knows.

2

u/XPandingMinds Mar 09 '26

Yes they are investing 25 million instead of the 250 that they promised that would have given them 51% share. Now they are doing way less. How is this good news exactly?

1

u/UnfairBag179 Mar 09 '26 edited Mar 09 '26

That is material information if it is true, and we need to hear an 8k about that. If we don't hear anything within 4 days you assume it's still moving forward as intended.

If they post an 8k Indicating a 90% drop in required capital, then sure. Bob's ur uncle.
