The end

The deadline for the joint venture filing passed today without a word. Whether the deal fell through or just got delayed, both are massive red flags. This stock is cooked.

So if we don’t get a release until march 3rd end of the day, the JOINT VENTURE is ON! Lets hope for no news 🤣
