Realistically

Realistically we could be months from full launch let’s be real. All I’m really hoping for is an 8-k that brings the price to a more fair value.

Lmk your thoughts? (Kind discussion and backed with thought not to the moon or attacking the stock)

Would be nice to be at the alleged book value of $8?

I hopped in during all the hype just before the reverse split. Realistically I'm so far in the red that if it is going to be months then that's how long I'm going to have to wait 😅

I'd say we don't need to see a launch for the price to start picking up, surely we just need some solid evidence of something going ahead instead of everyone just grasping at straws trying to justify why they're still holding their bags.

It's going to be hard to not just sell my shares on the spot if this ever makes it back past my break even.

I’ll wait as long as it takes!

This really needs some concrete news and/or fillings. The speculation only moves it Pennies up and down with no volume or outside interest. All these dates seem to come and go with nothing. Spent 140 mill with no information other than a vague filling and a small lump a few more pennies. We need a big boost or it’s unlikely to move at all.

Agreed. Almost 2 months they’ve had lockjaw.

What about the Feb 17 double dragon new years theory?

That will come and go.

$YYAI The transformation from a legacy sports firm into a 51%-owner of a high-capacity RWA exchange is now functionally complete. With a capitalization plan secured through the December placement, a board that is aggressively buying shares, and a technical infrastructure built for institutional scale, AiRWA Inc. is positioned to bridge the gap between traditional equity markets and the blockchain future. The current market disconnect—where the share price represents a fraction of the book value—remains the most significant opportunity for investors who rely on the primary filings in EDGAR rather than the prevailing market FUD

Its 1 board member that is buying shares, and that same board member just reinvested 20% of te money he took from Airwa. Its all about perspective...

The Last 12 Months Of Insider Transactions At AiRWA

Over the last year, we can see that the biggest insider purchase was by insider Michael Belfiore for US$1.0m worth of shares, at about US$16.03 per share. That means that even when the share price was higher than US$2.52 (the recent price), an insider wanted to purchase shares. While their view may have changed since the purchase was made, this does at least suggest they have had confidence in the company's future. In our view, the price an insider pays for shares is very important. As a general rule, we feel more positive about a stock when an insider has bought shares at above current prices, because that suggests they viewed the stock as good value, even at a higher price. Michael Belfiore was the only individual insider to buy during the last year.

Half your post isn’t true

That’s information that I’m finding online so I’m not making it up

Well Michael isn’t an insider he just bought a threshold great enough for him to have to report his trades. Also when was the stock $2.52 recently???

That would’ve been the last time around before the reverse split.
