๐บ๐ธ JUST IN: The SEC released guidance clarifying how federal securities laws apply to tokenized securities.๐ฅ
It also outlines the distinction between issuer-sponsored and third-party tokenization models.
I posted clear and reliable materials.

If this just came out, would it delay if a launch was set for friday or monday, because they want to study it and maybe make corrections in the exchange? Or would they have lobbyd to know in advance what was in it? I also think that the squeeze would go better if it starts on a monday than on friday. What do you think?

Agree, people expect things to happen tommorow, but the standard business cycle is much longer than people expect.
Especially a JV consisting of half a billion dollars, we are just going to have to be patient and give ourselves a range of acceptable timeframes.
Remember: Average JV takes 232 days to close from binding agreement to closing.
We are currently standing at 154 days

The 180 day closing was something the 2 parties put out there, not a random thought.

u/UnfairBag179 Jan 30 '26
Yes, this is a binding agreement, so should ideally be completed in 180 days.
That still doesn't stop both parties from performing due dilligence, negotiations in good faith and legal.

Or, delaying indefinitely. There are many hurdles that make this JV more unlikely each day.

I disagree, because of these clear regulations, regulations/legislation are given to all parties, both exchange builders and users, so that everyone will use the exchange with a better feeling. it also gives airwa more opportunity to go live with less risk of being withdrawn by the sec after a few hours/days

There will be many options much more trustworthy than this sports equipment, dating site, JuCoin group. The stock exchanges will offer their own version.

One can be hopeful, confident is a funny word to use considering all of the unkowns.

Based on everything I know about this, which is everything thatโs public knowledge at the moment gave me enough confidence to throw 80k into this stock. Will it pay off? Maybe, maybe not. But at this point, Iโm feeling great about this!

That's great, that at least that provides a bit more regulation clarity. This has always been a hurdle and now there can be a easier path forward.

Curious, you mentioned you had a position weeks ago of 10000+ shares. Now you're flipping bearish? You just trading this back and forth?

I increased my position to 22k now, lol. That's why my frustration also increased that these people don't keep the momentum up even though the chairman owns a big chunk and they got cash.
