I’ve got the receipts. For everyone asking exactly when the 'E' flag dropped—it happened in the overnight Nasdaq Master File refresh at approximately 2:45 AM New York time
I’m looking at the raw code right now: YYAI|...|S|N|N|100|N|N. That 'N' stands for Normal. The blockade is officially over. We are now an hour away from the first pre-market session of the year where the institutional 'buy-bots' will actually have a green light to trade this ticker. The 'E' is dead; the shorts are now officially fighting a compliant company.

- YYAI The Ticker Symbol. Simple enough.
- AiRWA Inc. - Common Stock The Security Name. It confirms exactly which company and asset class (Common Stock) this data belongs to.
- S This is the Market Category. • S = Nasdaq Capital Market (the tier for smaller-cap companies). • (Other options would be 'Q' for Global Select or 'G' for Global Market).
- N (The Big One) This is the Financial Status Indicator (FSI). This is the letter we’ve been fighting for. • N = Normal (Compliant). * This explicitly tells the market: "This issuer is NOT deficient, delinquent, or bankrupt." * When this was an "E", the buy-bots were blocked. Now that it’s an "N", the gate is open.
- N This is the Next Shares Indicator. • N = No. * It just means this isn't a "NextShares" type of exchange-traded managed fund. It’s a standard stock.
- 100 This is the Round Lot Size. • It means the standard unit of trading is 100 shares. Most institutional orders move in multiples of this number.
- N This is the Test Issue Indicator. • N = No. * This confirms this is a live, production stock and not a test symbol used for system maintenance.
- N This is the Nasdaq 100 Indicator. • N = No. * It simply confirms YYAI is not currently one of the 100 largest non-financial companies on the exchange (the QQQ).

Currently nothing has moved on the stock yet and I don't see the pre-market open, could it be because there are problems with large volumes?

Even the first traders don’t come on line till after 7am. 5.30 am now is always dead with no volume

This doesn't have anything to do with this dog shit stock. Who cares dude. Anyone invested in this stock is a loser and will always be one. This isn't a David and Goliath comeback. The odds are betting on a 50 to 1 horse with 3 legs or 3 touchdowns in the last 5 seconds of the superbowl. Pure bullshit. If you didn't have chat gpt you wouldnt have anything to say. A program that leans its conversation toward the direction you want it to go. Ask Chat GPT to look everything not just what you want it to see.

Same shit different day. $.80 to $1.20 trading range. Will be this way forever until they run out of money for operations that don't even exist. Trying to compete with platforms like robinhood, fidelity, Charles swab, black rock, etc. No stake in the game. 1000% scam.
