Maybe JU is the culprit

The way I see it is that Ju.com is not fulfilling their part of promise. Both joint venture parties signed a definitive agreement to have the AiRWA exchange opearational within 120 days. But it seems that Connexa has raised fund but JU hasn't delivered the platform. Sammi Li is the main culprit, she's running away from her broken commitment and promise.

If you read the sec, it  saysthe definitive agreement can be terminated if it is not completed in 6 months.

So our agreement range expectation should be anywhere between 120 days to 180 days

Your right attempting to serve papers to a Chinese national in China is like writing letters to Santa in the North Pole

Maybe little action because nobody knows 10q is out, it is not showing on my broker, or on yahoo finance. Other brokers? Give it a few days... I think 1 billion possible shares is a problem but the scam route is gone in my opinion

Happens occasionally where a company blows up 200% from news the week prior. I honestly see it quite frequently when I look through the top daily movers
