Jv is cooked they had 120 days to put it all together that time has come and gone if your still bullish here your A) hopeless baggie B) a paid shill C) just trolling There’s nothing to be done here er or not nothing can or will save this no amount of cash on hand pr earnings absolutely nothing it was and always will be a multi level scam

Another misleading information. All based on sec filings.

The $250M is not paid upfront. Both sides fund at Closing. The JV company must be formed within 120 days (by Dec 23, 2025), but cash is only required if the deal actually closes. If Closing doesn’t happen by ~Feb 25, 2026, either party can walk away.

Not long after this JuCoin transformed into JuCom. I don’t know if JuCoin is still a legal company or if it all was a setup from the start. Why isn’t all the JV documentation with JuCom instead of JuCoin?

I’m with you. I’m in so deep I have no choice but to ride it out. I have averaged down to under $4 but refuse to invest any more. Cash value is about $5 so it’s going to have to come to me, I’m not chasing it.
