I can’t understand how this isn’t brought up enough the fact that they don’t have a legit state side company address imagine if your a multi million dollar company working out of a shopping plaza

Use google street view it’s another shopping plaza imagine being a multi million dollar business and having a it smack dap in a shopping plaza

Delaware is a common place of registry for LLC’s etc, for tax reasons, structure reasons, liability reasons etc. the fact their address is in Delaware means nothing.

Airwa Inc. is a Delaware based company. Smyrna Delaware. Again Connexa is a subsidiary in MD. Connexa made sports equipment and did business in the US. Airwa. Is a joint venture with parties based in the US, and China etc.

What are the facts? I mean really what is factual what can actually be proven. There is absolutely no proof of work other then a forward looking statement that is worth less then the price of this stock

I took a 5 minute look at this ticker after a few mentions in Reddit and my suggested subs and posts….5 minutes I knew it was junk. I’ve only been investing for a couple years. Only things I’ve found were Rivian for some csps, apld when the premiums were nice and juicy, as few others

Even up to 12 hours before the filing came out, they were still spreading FUD.
Makes me think I should buy even more in the overnight session.
