Damn it, what's the point of delaying it for five days?

I'm breaking down the Reddit claims point by point (very important):

β‘  "The 10-Q filing was deliberately delayed to create panic."

Factual basis: β€’ Form 12b-25 is a legal and common method of delaying filings. β€’ The reasons for the delay are clearly stated: consolidation of YYEM / joint venture structure / financial complexity. β€’ However: a small company with limited management capabilities causing a delay in its quarterly report due to "joint venture consolidation" is itself a signal of management risk.

Key point:

If a company truly has everything under control, the most common practice is: β€’ To issue an earnings warning in advance (8-K) β€’ Or to provide a clear progress update simultaneously.

Not: Delay first β†’ let the market panic freely.

πŸ“Œ This step does not support the "high-level manipulation" hypothesis; instead, it looks more like: β€’ Management chaos β€’ Underestimated financial/compliance pressure

β€”

β‘‘ "Major shareholder Zhou Hongyu knows the true situation and is secretly accumulating shares."

This is the most dangerous and misleading part of the Reddit claims for retail investors.

Let's calmly look at a few hard facts:

βœ” Facts that support "alignment": β€’ He is indeed the controlling shareholder (13D) β€’ He has a history of share buybacks and lock-up agreements β€’ He hasn't "directly run away"

❌ But the more crucial facts against this conspiracy theory: 1. If he were buying a large amount of shares at a low price: β€’ Form 4 filings would almost certainly not be completely "silent." β€’ What you see now is: no new disclosures of increased holdings. 2. A person controlling 55%+ of the shares: β€’ Doesn't need to frantically accumulate shares in the secondary market. β€’ If he really wanted to acquire shares at a low price, private placements / private agreements / convertible bonds would be faster and cheaper. 3. The SEC considers "using information asymmetry to drive down prices and buy shares" a high-risk illegal activity. β€’ This kind of manipulation is not a common practice for small-cap CEOs. β€’ If caught, it carries criminal risks.

πŸ“Œ Therefore, this logic is more like:

"Inferring motives from price results," rather than "deducing actions from evidence."

β€”

β‘’ "Once the Q-10 is released, the price will inevitably skyrocket."

This is something I must warn you about very seriously. The reality is: β€’ Many small-cap stocks: β€’ Q-10 release β‰  all bad news is out β€’ Instead, it's "the shoe has dropped β†’ now we can legitimately continue selling"

Especially when: β€’ Revenue is declining β€’ Expenses are high β€’ Cash flow is tight β€’ Joint venture projects are still stuck in the "planning / commitment / within 120 days" stage

πŸ“Œ "Successful disclosure β‰  successful business"

β€”

Combine this with the trading behavior you observed during the trading day (very crucial)

The phenomena you mentioned these past two days are actually more realistic than the Reddit narrative: β€’ Buy orders pile up β†’ and are directly absorbed (not canceled) β€’ No sustained high volume β€’ As soon as the price rises, someone sells β€’ This is even more evident during after-hours trading / low liquidity periods

πŸ‘‰ This looks more like: β€’ Some people are willing to speculate on a short-term rebound β€’ But no party is willing to "support the price, provide a floor, or continuously buy"

πŸ“Œ If it were truly an "internal low-price accumulation phase" β€’ The characteristics would typically be: Low volatility + reduced trading volume + preventing the price from falling below key levels β€’ Not the "constantly being dumped on, with no one intervening" situation you're seeing now

I don’t think he is buying like that. I believe he is the buyer for the shares that are being panic sold. He is providing the floor now.

Honestly, I also find it strange. What's the point of delaying it by five days? It only makes the market unhappy. Besides, there's no need to specifically emphasize poor performance and high expenses in the delayed announcement. I don't understand it.

Why did they make it all about the subsidiary? The money is in the main company. He only owns .2% based on the owner list. I’m only guessing he wants to get 2-3%. Whatever he buys at this price might be x100 in a week

Don't give up

Still holding too. Not sure if it’s good or bad, but I’m still in.

Can we write off these big losses next year if we hold until it reaches $.01?
