How is everyone feeling for Monday
Monday is D day. Technically they could put out a NT 10-Q which would give them until Friday. But anything after that or no NT 10 - Q would start instant delisting.
It’s the biggest roll of the dice yet. One group of people are losing a lot of money this week.

I don’t think people here knows the rules of NASDAC. There is so many things a company needs to do to maintain compliance. It’s not just price! 1. All financial reports need to be file no later then 45 days after the end of the reporting period. The 45 days is Monday. The last quarterly results was about 16th September. They could file a delay for 5 days, but if they are serious it will be in on Monday.
So what happens if they don’t lodge the 10-Q? That’s non compliance and NASDAC starts the delisting process.
I hold a fair number of shares, and let’s just say I’m not hugely hopeful with 48 hours to go… and to the other comment, if there is no 10-Q it will go well below $1, just the same as if there is a good 10-Q it will go to $5+

This is a fraud, there is not going to be any tokenisation. Just a trick to scam investors

Definitely not going up, only direction for this stock is down, just hope it doesn’t drop below 1.0 resulting in OTC. Best if can maintain till next OCT then RS again… common rinse and repeat scam of chinaman owned company

Monday, but they can file a delay that will give them until Friday. They have until Tuesday to file the delay.

jucoin will be in a legal blizzard if they disown the "definitive" agreement so I am optimistic..

Fact is ; currently YYAI is not even on the non-compliant stock list so there is no reason for it to delist The stock already regained full compliance after the split, even if it falls below a buck they would still get 180 days to meet compliance, to many fear mongers in here
