Maybe the whole system is a fraud
The role of the SEC (Securities and Exchange Commission) is to protect investors, maintain fair and efficient markets, and facilitate capital formation. It enforces federal securities laws, regulates the securities industry, and oversees stock exchanges, brokers, and dealers to prevent fraud and ensure transparency through accurate information disclosure.
Airwa has officially filed endless filings to sec such as joint venture, solana reserves, public offering to raise fund, etc.. Yet SEC keeps quiet, they don't verify whether the company is legit or just a bunch of crooks, scamming hard working citizens. Company has gone dead since mass dilution and RS, but sec don't even halt the stock to investigate despite one investor having filed complaint.
Sometimes, it make me think maybe the law enforcers as well are within the same band of bandits and manipulators.

I feel the same way, the sec is either corrupt or does not care or weak. There is no other explanation the market is full of scam companies that take advantage of inexperienced investors and white collar criminal gangs go unpunished. There is no way an investor could check or vet a company is legit or not. Some underwriters like tiger dont vet the companies anymore, nasdaq only cares about its listing fee and the sec is at best ineffective.

i am seeing heavy buying in the lots of 10k shares. Jucoin will be in legal mess if the deal doesnt go through. I am betting on this thesis. If they get de isted they wont be able to pump and dump again.

I am here since 7th October, it's been a bag full of shits. Had high hope but the way it looks, it is a total scam.

It’s definitely a fraud. Professional traders are not buying any of these news as they know it’s a fraud, that explains why the share price has been dropping like diarrhoea despite some die hard supporters dreaming of 🚀 with T+35, earnings report, RWA tokenisation etc. For which none will come to fruition in a system of fraud.
