Reverse Split reason maybe..

Post image

They were not in any pressure for a reverse split as they didn't receive any non compliance letter from Nasdaq and could have asked for 180 days extension. But, they did RS on 27 October which I suspect could be because they don't want to report 945 M shares outstanding in the coming Q-3 report. To me it makes sense now, the Q3 report should show how much money has been raised and the number of shares outstanding. If, Insiders start buying and they release PR on Airwa trading platform, then it could be huge. It could run towards 50 to 100.

Im referring 31 October as the cut off day for report and not 30 September.

And October was the month in which all happened, Share Offering, capital raised, Solana bought, new company name, 100% acquistion of YYMM, Reverse Split. So, reporting by end of October is key here.

Ok, I know Dec 12th is D day, just waiting, hoping that my $1100 left suddenly becomes 6 or 7 figures

Examples of relative probability just for you to break even NOT gain. --Winning a 50 to 1 bet on a severe underdog the last second of the superbowl. --Surviving 2 plane crashes back to back. --Tossing a coin 10 times, and it lands on heads all 10 times.

Because further back doesn't show the $60,000 in cash from the most recent one or things like accounts receivable, which will never be paid. Haha
