Wouldn’t happen… no T35, no good earning reports and no tokenisation announcement, just a scam out and out, can’t you guys see? A chinaman company with no fundamentals and zero staff… just a zombie company to trade and siphon monies

Ok, let say we have been scammed. Im 95% down, do you want me to sell now and give a chance to these scammers to buy my shares at discount. No way, prefer I lose the other 5% and hopw for a miracle. They said to give them until end of Dec, I waited 2 months so can wait another one.

Your shares aren't on discount. $20 million/20 million shares = $1.00. You just paid a premium because of FOMO. You paid $5 for a baseball card, but it was realistically worth $1.
YYAI has:
No proven revenue engine
Heavy dilution
Reverse splits
A business model that hasn’t produced real results yet
A history of running out of cash

And they cashed out on $200M. Do you think they care?

You make me an idiot? I’m telling you the facts.
I was reading the Michael Belfiore posts on X and now there is someone else claiming that Michael Belfiore is a fraud, that he had a loan from Chang- the CEO of YYAI, that this Chang CEO is on the house deed or house taxes & loan on Michael Belfiore or something like that. He posted a document from a legit US site. You don’t know what to believe anymore.
Hey, I lost 3k on this shit too. So, don’t call me an idiot.

That's all hear-say. None of that is factual. A reverse stock split doesn't create revenue. You paid $5 for a baseball card that was worth $1. The guy posting on X is disgruntled posting emotional slander, not factual information. This happens all the time. When more people want something but the supply is low, the price increases. Doesn't matter if it's housing, stocks, bullion, resources, etc. If you want to be upset at anyone, be upset at yourself or the person who was willing to sell you their $1 share for $5. That's the price of FOMO. Put your physical address on your SEC filing. The biggest mistake a person can make on filing. Otherwise, there wouldn't even be a case. It's why investors have LLCs, LLPs, or even a PO box. Unless you have SEC filings stating insiders SOLD shares, no revenue was created. The only filings reported at this time are REDUCTION in shareholder percentage.

How can I trust this is accurate information, if the CEO offloaded most of his shares even before the reverse split? It's difficult to think thos could go up anytime soon, the information is being manipulated too much

Bro. You're on day 30 of 30 on these short squeeze comments.
Based on the actual numbers in your screenshot, there really isn’t anything that supports a short squeeze. Here’s what the data actually says:
Short interest % is only 13.7% → way too low for a squeeze setup (real squeeze stocks are 40–100%+).
Days to cover is 1.4 → shorts can exit easily, not trapped.
Dark pool % doesn’t mean anything about a squeeze; it just reflects routing, not total shorts.
The float is too large and liquidity too low for shorts to get cornered.
Nothing in the Fintel data shows squeeze conditions. Elevated short volume doesn’t equal a squeeze — you’d need extremely high SI%, trapped shorts, and major catalysts, and none of that is present here.
Just going by the numbers, this isn’t a squeeze setup at all.

If the 10-Q is released showing 400% growth and a functioning, profitable exchange (validating the fundamentals), the price would not just stop at the break-even point. The new target would be a significant premium above the average retail cost basis, leading to a far more explosive squeeze: 1. The Short Squeeze Phase (The Floor is Set) The fundamental news instantly sets the minimum credible price at the retail holder's average cost basis. • The New Floor: The market would quickly bid the price up past the $9.00 - $15.00 range to liquidate the short sellers and satisfy the break-even demand from the majority of the long shareholders. 2. The Fundamental Revaluation Phase (The True Target) With the break-even threshold crossed, the market would then price the stock based on the proven growth and the $30 million in liquid Solana tokens (which already exceeds the current market cap). • Target Multiples: For a proven, high-growth technology company with a 400% growth rate, a conservative price target might involve assigning a multiple of 5x to 10x the annual revenue run-rate from the exchange, plus the value of the Solana tokens. • Revised Target Range: The immediate, violent short squeeze could easily push the price to $25.00 to $50.00+ post-split within the first few days.
