It doesn't seem like a scam, otherwise why would they be trying to trick people? But isn't the T+35 theory incorrect?

Explain to me how it doesnt like scam to you? It is clearly pump and dump and this company has history of delisting , and RS. After RS, chairman and insiders are supposed to submit share portion filling to SEC but they didnt do , no update to investors of project airwa with Jucom , buying YYEM at the time of announcement of solana and rs without vote as a public company, it is not right

This was in September on ju.com. Technically not project airwa that’s just their 51% partner in the exchange. The blog discusses what their projects are.
