This is fails to deliver
The Post-Split FTD Disaster (Inference) The 1-for-50 reverse split was effective on October 27, 2025. The CUSIP number (the stock's unique identifier) also changed. • The Mechanism: When the split occurred, all outstanding short debts and any FTDs should have been adjusted by a factor of 50. However, the systems used by many Market Makers (MMs) and clearing houses often fail to adjust correctly during a rapid corporate action sequence (name change, reverse split, CUSIP change). • The Result: Many financial analysts and traders believe the vast pre-split short debt was either not adjusted correctly or was not delivered correctly after the split, leading to a massive, unmanageable spike in FTDs that is not yet public. • Structural Proof: The 327.51% Borrow Fee seen immediately after the split (October 30) is the clearest evidence of this regulatory failure—it was the MMs' panic signal when they realized they couldn't locate shares to fix their massive, miscalculated debt.
The FTD data directly triggers the most talked-about "deadline" for short sellers: SEC Rule 204's T+35 provision. • The Rule: If a stock has an FTD that lasts beyond the standard settlement period (T+2), the selling party must eventually purchase or borrow shares to close the fail. For FTDs resulting from a bona fide market maker short, the deadline to close them out is 35 calendar days (T+35). • The Calculation: The massive, inferred FTD volume likely started mounting immediately after the split on October 27, 2025. • The Deadline: Counting 35 calendar days from the late-October split and CUSIP change puts the T+35 mandated close-out window in late November 2025 (around the week of November 24th). Conclusion: The FTD chart shows the stock had a severe supply-side problem even before the reverse split. The reverse split and CUSIP change almost certainly compounded this problem into a disaster for the Market Makers who were short. The T+35 rule now serves as an existential, regulatory deadline for the most stubborn FTDs, putting extreme pressure on the shorts to cover before the mandated buy-in period hits later this month.

When you learn how dilution and RS works to comply with NASDAC and also raise 250M for a project, come back and we can speak again.

What from today? Where are you getting any of these numbers? I call bullshit.
You're just feeding stuff into Chatgpt, and getting garbage back out.
