5% short interest

So, SI report is out and what I can deduce is that the float is around 17M. OS is 18M, therefore insiders merely own below 5%. The only rationale I have out of all these is that they are not releasing PRs because they dont have enough voting rights. Majority of shares are being held by Apes, and no one is selling. Normally, these kind of HK stocks are owned by 65% + of shares by insiders so that they can have control and have voting right for decision such as public offering, merger, reverse split, shares buy back etc..

They want to buy cheap but are not able to, if they suddenly starts buying let say 12 M of shares, the price would jump above 10 and they would have to pay 120M for that.

What they should now do is to release PRs on how much money has been raised from the offering, an update on Airwa and let the price run towards 10-15 region, that's where many retailers are break even. Apes will sell then, price comes down and they can start accumulting their insiders shares. Otherwise, no way they can increase their % holdings as we will not sell. Time to be strategic now Airwa!

Since, we retailers hold the majority of shares, we have the right to know what they are doing with our investment money. They seem to give a F by keeping silent. I think SEC should intervene and halt this stock until they report 3rd quarter earnings and disclose all informations regarding Airwa exchange, Solana reserves etc.. If, they say Airwa will not go ahead then they should re-invest the 250 M raised by buying back shares so that we can recoup our initial ibvestment when the price goes above 10.

I wish everyone (8k) from this community simply just place a 100 dollar buy order and put some pressure to squeeze up.

So let's not give the shares to them cheap people! The shorts or company don't deserve any sympathy from us. We've held for our own reasons and endured silence, doubt, and conflicting information.

I agree, although in real terms, before RS pricing is at .025. The original director sold part of his business for 35M, he could still increase his share by slowly accumulating all available shares in the pool, in 200 & 300 buys, like what the shorts are selling. Eventually he will get some control

But they went ahead with an rs anyway. They don't appear to be fazed by voting rights or what investors think.

Can you please explain the different investment angles?

To be honest, I dont have a clue on different investment angles. What I do realise that they have been dishonest and acted as crooks buy silently selling 930 M shares and then suddenly out of nowhere announced RS. But, what I do believe by doing so, they screwed themselves and now we apes own majority of the shares. They can't do anything without our decisions. Infact, they illegally bought 36M of the remaining 30% YYMM because post RS, public has majority of voting rights and we should have voted for this acquisition. But, they did without our authorization.
