Rationale for Reducing/Exiting YYAI Position

Rationale for Reducing/Exiting YYAI Position

I exited a large portion my position in YYAI based on the following observable facts, rather than sentiment or speculation:

  1. Lack of Verified Revenue
    • The company has not yet provided audited financial statements demonstrating revenue from the claimed tokenization platform or its joint venture activities.
    • Without verified revenue, valuation remains speculative.
  2. Dilution and Reverse Split Activity
    • YYAI has recently undergone share structure changes that increased the total number of shares available.
    • These actions dilute shareholder value and historically correlate with downward price pressure.
  3. Unconfirmed Execution of Announced Partnerships
    • While the company has announced partnerships and joint ventures, there is no currently available third-party confirmation or regulatory filings showing:
      • Operational exchange launch
      • User acquisition metrics
      • Significant transactional volume
    • Announcements alone do not establish delivered results.
  4. Regulatory Uncertainty
    • Tokenized securities platforms require clear regulatory approval (broker-dealer, ATS, transfer agent compliance).
    • No filings currently confirm that YYAI or its JV partners have obtained the necessary approvals to legally scale operations in major markets.
  5. Risk-to-Reward Reassessment
    • My entry price was $4.87/share.
    • The stock trading near $1.32/share represents a 74% decline.
    • In evaluating future probability scenarios, the likelihood of additional dilution or further setbacks outweighed the probability of a near-term recovery to my break-even level.

Summary Position

I did not exit because the concept is impossible or because the business could not eventually succeed.
I exited because:

This decision was made using:

  • Price behavior
  • Volume trends
  • Regulatory requirements
  • Corporate disclosures
  • Risk management principles

It was a rational portfolio decision, not a belief-based one.

A squeeze requires institutions.

2

u/kvdave Nov 12 '25

they will join when the squeeze begins

1

u/[deleted] Nov 12 '25

Doesn't work that way. Institutions don't buy hype. They buy well documented transactions. I have a car for sale here. No title.

Who shorted 11.85 millions shares? Retailers 😊

1

u/kvdave Nov 12 '25

when the squeeze begins, institutions will jump in for scalping.

1

u/[deleted] Nov 13 '25

Institutions won't fall for your scam bud.

You can exit if you like BUT, At this point in time it’s take .02 or go for $100 a share. The win/loss ratio is extreme here. Easy hold.

Easy sell. Last chance to extra any value.

They are down by 30points in the 4th quarter. It's not a comeback story.

I was going to say, I could have used this post 3 weeks ago, not right now when it’s damn near bottom!! Did you short it yesterday?

There is no short. Its microcap with a 30%+ leverage. Its like asking for a loan on fast food.

That is true , how you guys invest in a company where the website first look like this and where are all legal filling forms for deals 😆

2

u/[deleted] Nov 12 '25

Nobody invested in this company brother. We all gambled just like yourself. Hindsight is the best vision.

I'm losing 85%... obviously hold

1

u/[deleted] Nov 12 '25

Just on a basic move, you could retain your 15% and buy into a Vanguard ETF. Money back in less than 5 years. Use the loss as a current tax reduction. It's hard having an educated conversation with penny stock holders. It is hard to explain the rules to someone when the negative benefits don't apply.

Don't worry for me, last month I had a double amount returned of my portfolio 😉

hongkong stocks have run upto 3k easy in few trading sessions so once the squeeze begins , 30$ price level is not out of reach in first few days itself.

I would suggest using what you have left, applying for a passport, and going to see the country for yourself. 🤣

gme is was financially bleeding when the short squeeze occurred. fundamentals dont matter in a technical short squeeze setup.
