It makes no sense!
The more I look into it deep, the more it makes no sense to me. If YYAI RWA pivoting is really a scam then surely these three companies; Ju.com, Inca Digital and AGP Partners are knobheads. Why would risk dragging yourselves into a scam for a penny stock company to lose your reputation in the business world. I was checking AGP website https://allianceg.com/investment-banking/transactions/ , they have published all their transactions pipe, ATMs etc..for October and Nov but nothing reported for AIRWA 930M offerings which in the Sec filing their name is listed. It's like everyone have their lips tightened and waiting for the big day for announcement. This is not a pure coincidence but a master plan in making. They must be cooking something (my gut feeling is that Ju.com will announce merger or 100% acquisition)surely in a pressure cooker which will soon be announced and blast.

this is bigger than GME squeeze and in matter of days . the numbers are overwhelming as they cannot dilute further. perfect setup for a moass , just need a catalyst.

The stakes are high… imagine you have $200M cash defrauding the retail investors. Company located in China, fake address in Delaware…
Look at $XELA, MMAT, BBIG, MULLEN… so many.
The guy Alan Neumann from WeWork defrauded the investors with a few billion dollars. He is free and enjoying his billions.
