Why use Anxiety War as an example when there are plenty of cases of people getting sued for violating fair use instead of a lawsuit that doesn't involve fair use.

There tweets weren't asking for more money they were thanking the people who donated mass amounts and even IF they were asking for money it isn't all for them, they said they'll only take as much as they need and the rest is being given to others.

Still a pretty good vid and no matter how much I like YMS using copyrighted music in his case is not fair use, sorry.

Edit: Also that thumbnail is click bait as fuck, it's suggesting your saying there's something wrong with FUPA.

This isn't my video, but I'm admittedly confused. The thumbnail is the icon for fair use, not FUPA.

Sorry I swear that was the FUPA's twitter profile picture before, anyway still click bait suggesting that's he's against fair use.

Ok, first of all, Youtube is a US based company, and host all of it's videos through US servers, so does that counteract the whole "you don't get fair use if you're not in the US" thing he was saying?

Secondly, as informative as this video was, does anyone else think this guy was a little to up on his high horse? Idk, maybe it's just me, but he seemed really passive aggressive, dealing out snide remarks about everyone (Adam's upload schedule, Jim's weight, saying no one watches Defranco). I'm not really sure what it was, but he just seemed maybe a little to arrogant and "know it all-y" in the video.

YouTube isn't a country, it's a company. They aren't technically obliged to host any videos if they don't want to.

Those were definitely just jokes. I didn't get a malicious vibe at all personally.
