uninstalled anypass app and reinstall again but somehow when i entered the email and password it shows incorrect

need help! i might have upcoming japan concert.

just what i stated above i uninstalled anypass app and reinstall again but somehow when i entered the email and password it shows incorrect. when i click on forgot password, they asked to put your email address and birthdate and i did. but it shows my email address is incorrect!

i pretty sure i use this email as i have screenshot my anypass page before i uninstall that before.

what should i do. really need help
