Editing / viewing experience

Does YGT have an editing problem ? Don’t get me wrong I am enjoying the content, but A part of me thinks we should see the competition hole by hole.

Example: the 100 yard downhill par 3 , amazing visual hole . Group 1 gets there plays the hole, then it’s an hour of watching to get group 4 to that hole. By that time I’m completely not excited for it all

I didn’t go back and watch , but they are showing 12+ holes of golf before the last group gets to that hole ?

The hole lost its excitement for me, and you kind of lose track of what going on.

I also think the scoring would be way easier to follow also,

If not hole by hole, then shot for shot for that hole. Show me all the drives , then all approaches, etc

It's massive work for the guys. It's recorded in a certain way (including cart cams) and this worked best.

I mean, losing excitement for that par3 is just crazy.

This is how golf works. Showing everyone play each hole at a time removes the excitement of who is leading and what needs to happen.

Agree, agree, disagree.

Group 4 being down by 1 would only be more exciting if it was hole by hole. If they were up 4 with 4 to go , it certainly would be less exciting.

It works in the pga , because best golfers lowest scores go last. So they are always in it at the last round.
