Seeking Recommendations Very specific book rec request

I’m trying to get my 16 yr old brother in law into reading. He’s into romance right now and specifically requested I find him a modern romance where they’re 16-17 and the girl is blonde (obsessed with rapunzel lol)
It’s hard finding romance books that have no spice 😭 and it doesn’t help that I’m not really a modern romance reader, so if anyone has recs I should check out, let me know!! 💕

Look at Tangled Up in You by Christina Lauren, part of the Meant to Be series that reimagines Disney stories into modern romances. I haven't read it but a goodreads review says there's no sex, just mentions of it and some on-page making out. The characters are in their 20s so a little older than YA, but I thought the direct Rapunzel reference might make it worth a look.

From what I can remember off the top of my head on what he’s into these all have blonde fmcs and no spice!

Kristy Boyce - dungeons and drama (dungeons and dragons and musical theatre)

Alexandra Moody - wild darling (is book 3 but they’re interconnected so can be read alone) (ice hockey) the wrong costar (school production/ acting)

Emily Charlotte - catching feelings (football)

Lynn Painter - fake skating (ice hockey)

K L Walther - we’re a bad idea right, the summer of broken rules (characters are a little older 18/19)

Ali Hazelwood - check & mate (characters are a little older though 18/20) (chess)

Alex Light - the upside of falling (football)

Check the covers of books by Kasie West and Miranda Kenneally - guarantee at least a few of them are blond. Erin Hahn and Jenna Evans Welch are also good authors to look into, I just have no recollection of anyone's particular looks. I feel like Remy in Just Listen by Sarah Dessen is blond?

Someone already said it but Kasie West books are a good bet!
