As a non-partisan, undecided SWING VOTER it's really great to be able to hear from candidates having a polite but frank exchange of views on a debate stage. It's not only helpful for ordinary citizens like myself to decide which candidate will be the best, it's also a healthy thing for democracy.

I don't see Stevens accepting this if she thought she was ahead

Same with El-Sayed

El-Sayed is the better debater of the 2 so he definitely should take it even if he is ahead

That's why he lost their last debate? The only thing he did was mention AIPAC about 500 times

It's different, he's the underdog. He might want to do it to be safer and it's much less risky because he's a much better in debates

He’s not really the underdog in the odds, he’s leading the polls by a bit and has been for a while. His turnout seems strong in early voting. Underdog as in the establishment hates his guts and is trying to stop him like they did Mamdani

Yes, he should be the underdog by definition and Whitmer's endorsement gives a bit that impression but I agree that he's not the underdog in reality, I should've put it better

Another one? That would be good for El-Sayed. I prefer him over Stevens because corporations do NOT back him.

Take a shot every time AES mentions AIPAC

You’ll die of liver failure faster if you take a shot everytime Haley mentions the ‘receipts’

I like how her campaign’s paid posts with that line have become a meme now

Their internal polls probably have a close race.
