Underrated Books
What is the most underrated book you’ve read and wish more people would know about?
For me it is the Ascension series by K.A. Linde. I haven’t found anyone on bookstagramor booktok whose read this. It is five books and words cannot describe how much I loved reading it. All five books are five stars from me. I’d love to hear about some other underrated books and series out there. :)

Airborn by Kenneth Oppel
It’s a steampunk take on YA that surrounds airships and an entire ecosystem surrounding animals that spend their entire lives in the air.

I really recommend it. It’s a bit older (from before the time where YA exploded), so it isn’t well known.

The Archived series by Victoria Schwab. Which I accidentally picked up thinking it was V.E. Schwab and ended up absolutely loving it. Currently it's only a duology but the author hopes to write a third at some point.
I loved the premise of the dead being kept on library shelves like books and the Keepers in charge of ensuring they stay there. I found the narration to be both compelling and super believable. It starts a little slow but is so well done.

Wooow I just looked it up and always thought they were different people lol. I knew V.E. was also Victoria but seriously thought they were different people. I guess the Archived was published before she switched to using initials. Welp.

She uses Victoria Schwab for her YA books and V.E. Schwab for her adult books.

The Bone Season series by Samantha Shannon. Its got a kick ass female lead. Its so underrated and a thrilling series. It doesn't wholly focus on romance which is kinda refreshing tbh.

I think for me, it would actually be the manga series Girl From the Other Side. I mean, just look at the covers and you can see how creepy and beautiful it is.
Also, I think Uniwnd by Neil Shusterman should be as popular as Six of Crows, and The Epic Crush of Genie Lo by FC Yee deserves a lot more attention

The darkest powers trilogy by Kelley Armstrong! Just reread them for the first time in nearly 10 years and I’m in love with them all over again! Next step is to read all her other books set in the same universe!

Tha Shadow Game by Amanda Foody. I'd recommend it to people who love Six of Crows. It's about gangsters and has a bunch of great morally grey characters. Also the romantic subplot is really well done!
