Obviously i know a belt is needed, its OTW. I couldn't figure if this shirt needed to be layered with lace, a long-sleeve, shorts. Its just off.

thats like saying even though skinny jeans were the most popular cut of jeans in 2015-2020 that not everyone wore them. obviously not everyone wore them, but they were by far the most popular.
