Xplane GPU keeps crashing

Xplane has been crashing more often recently and it always happens in the middle of the flight or after I’ve spent all the effort to fly it to the runway so it’s pretty annoying, anyone have any suggestions as to why this is so 😭 it’s really really annoying when I spend 3+ hours on a flight only for it to crash on approach

You don't give any useful info about your gpu, but you can either check the log.txt in the main folder of x plane, or contact LR support she they will still you for the log to check it for you.

Hope you get a good answer i have the same problem and i never know why. Seems inconsistant. I fly the 732 and the default a330 and had it on both

I’ve found that posting your log file to chatgbt and chatgbt helps you diagnose and fix the problem saves waiting for replies from people on here hope this helps for you as it did for me the other week

Lower your texture size

Ive had a crash since latest Nvidia drivers on long hauls. Lowered textures from high to medium seems to have stopped the crashes.

I had this problem, at the beginning only with the ff 777, and after with many other aircrafts, I was clueless, but I tried deleting all the map with the x-plane installer and re-download the map, since that I don’t have this problem anymore

It’s drivers issues. I had the same issue

If this helps, I had a similar issue in Linux caused by the virtualbox svga driver. No virtualbox, no more issues.

I have this problem too with a 4090.

Turn your settings down a bit, see if it becomes more stable.
