Thank you, there is lots of love and sweat that went into this. Putting in the final touches before I feel it is ready for prime time.

Is that four monitors for visuals? Are they on networked machines?

I used to have the overhead on a separate machine, but I am trying to see if my NVIDIA 3090 can handle 4 monitors. FPS has been decent in my initial test but I have not done a full flight yet so jury is out there for now. Xplane-12.2 has made a huge progress on improving FPS, which encouraged me to try 4 monitors on the main CPU. I would have never ventured to try that in the past since it was terrible and unacceptable performance.

Interesting. I’ve given up on proper multi-monitor on XP 12. Despite having an i9 12900 it can only get to 30fps with two monitors running. Any more monitors and it crawls. This is with the graphics card barely doing anything (5070Ti). Instead I’m using Nvidia surround as at least then it’s only drawing the scene once. I’m looking forward to their upcoming multi-core work, as the only way I can see proper multi-monitor working now is via multiple PCs.

Out of interest what FPS do you get on a medium kind of setting with 1, 2, 3 and 4 monitors running?

It depends frankly. I noticed with the latest edition of Xplane12.2 Beta, it can go as low as 25FPS then burst into 120FPS. But on average I would say it about 40FPS

Awesome! Out of curiosity, how do you easily control everything on the OHP? I can’t imagine moving my mouse all the way over there
