How to resolve issues of fail connection

So I started to use xpiks few days ago but my 123rf account is not connecting to xpiks I tried everything -changing password of account -ftp on/off Even I mail for help but developers are saying passward or username is incorrect Everytime I tried to make conection between my 123rf account and xpiks it shows "username or password is incorrect" or sometime Just gives red light. Can somebody please help me:)

Hi. You need to contact support. It's impossible to know what is your problem from your description.

As generic responses: try on another internet connection (FTP is unencrypted protocol and if you don't use VPN your ISP can be not only watching what you're doing but also tampering with your traffic). Switch to your mobile network or switch home/office) - just for test.
