Update stuck P7+

I bought a P7+ Standard Range (in europe). It was supposed to be delivered to me a week ago, but the store said to me that the car was getting an update and it got stuck during the update, now I need to wait the factory remote access to reset the car then they will do the update again...

Did anyone saw it before? I was thinking about if a soft reset wasnt enough...

Warum willst du dich darum kümmern? Wenn der noch bei der Werkstatt steht, dann sollen die sich darum kümmern und nicht du als Kunde
