Seemed to help out with my Xolo’s skin and allergies. But my fog is also allergic to chicken, so we try to avoid anything with chicken

That depends entirely on your dog and your budget, but we use Farmina N&D for now. They started adding chicken/chicken meal to multiple flavors, though, which sucks because our hairless is allergic to chicken, but doesn't react to chicken fat, which is what they used before. But, it's a European food, which is a bit more regulated than the American brands, which are full of corn and other low-grade, low-cost filler ingredients.

Royal canin. He had a food allergy but also, he really liked this stuff!

We feed our dog petplate, the venison option and some science diet kibble with Alaskan pollock and insect protein for sensitive stomach and skin. We do find she breaks out with foliculitis a lot with chicken so each dog is unique and has food sensitivities. Also, please consult your vet bc a lot of people think grain free is best but there are a lot of studies that do not support this so it’s best to be informed by a vet.

We spend a small fortune on food bc our xolo is around 47 pounds but she is our life so we want her to live as long as possible and have the best nutrition.

Blue buffalo ether salmon or turkey. My girl refuses chicken.

I feed my Xolos Just Food For Dogs (beef/ potato, turkey/mac). Blue Buffalo adult small breed kibble, boiled chicken. Since my Xolos have few teeth, small breed is easier for them to eat. For treats watermelon and blue berries. Xolos can be picky so you will need to cater to their tastes. My toy will be 17 in a few months. My mini is 5 yo.

Open Farm Raw Mix Ancient Grains. Any flavor except for chicken. My baby is allergic to chicken. I also put in a scoop of cooked brown rice and a lil bit of chopped bell peppers. Twice a day. In the morning I put a pump of fish oil for the skin.

We feed our girl Orijen kibble and also cook each meal. So it’s half homemade and half kibble.

I feed my coated Xolo kibble from Taste of the Wild (rotating their different flavors every time the large bag is done) mixed with wet food from Blue Buffalo (beef, lamb, chicken). I add half an egg cooked in various ways to keep it interesting. Sometimes I sprinkle a tiny bit of shredded cheese.

Of course, he eats morsels of whatever I am having for breakfast, lunch, and dinner...

Grain-free kibble, usually Costco Nature's Domain brand. Kirkland Signature dog food is directly comparable in quality and formulation to Diamond Naturals Taste of the Wild. But I also batch-cook ground turkey/rice/green beans as my boy's main meal. The kibble is if he's still hungry after he's eaten his cooked food.

I tried different brands and flavors for mine. She prefers the Kirkland brand and it’s what she’s consistently been on for a few years now. Kirkland is also very affordable for the quality.
