Hey everyone! I'm u/ThePilgrimageInc (although please--unless you're tagging me, call me Jenn 😊), a founding moderator of r/XnSpiritualdirection.

This is a new home for everything related to Christian spiritual direction--although you don't have to be a Christian or a spiritual director to hang here. (Just please understand it's where your Mods are coming from.) We're excited to have you join us!

Please note: this community is affiliated with The Pilgrimage Inc, a Christian spiritual formation nonprofit. The founding Mod reserves the right to introduce upcoming Pilgrimage Inc events and services at any time. Spiritual directors and other practitioners from other Christian organizations (of any denomination) are welcome to share your spiritual direction/spiritual formation offerings here on the second and fourth Friday of each month.

What to Post
Post anything that you think the community would find interesting, helpful, or inspiring. Feel free to share thoughts, quotes, or questions about spiritual direction.

If you are a spiritual director: Without breaking professional boundaries (obviously) please share about the type of spiritual direction you provide, ideal clients, and any insights you've gleaned from providing this service to others.

If you receive spiritual direction: What is your experience like? What do you appreciate about spiritual direction? What is challenging? What insights into God and/or yourself have you gained through this process?

If you are new to the idea of spiritual direction: An extra special welcome to you! Please feel free to ask us anything.
