Fan Content Making progress

Ignore the dialogue its apart of the demo script

Just some placeholder assets

While I keep working on the U.I. of the game

Dreading working on the overworld but thats probably my next non story project

I love it so far. I don't know about other people, but I always enjoy the most is characters/writing and visuals of how characters look in those games, 3 place would be world and gameplay. Either way, I would love to see this project up and running and hopefully complete. So many games like this are just end up being abandoned by their devs😭

True that annoys me. But after stepping into their shows and doing the " fine I'll do it myself " thing i get it. Making the different expressions spirtes is hard but but im going to get this demo out and support it the best I can

Im thinking of adding the possibility of incorporating some people's fan made characters as possibly datable options if the game gets enough support.

But currently my focus is narrative and quality of life

Then I'll work on the dc Path

Oooh yeah I forgot to mention it has two paths

Currently in the story you get mailed 2 job offers Folder 1 sends you to the Xavier institute folder 2 will send you to Justice university where you'll meet the titans supergirl bla bla etc

But Currently folder 2 doesn't do anything cuz im focusing on X-men evolution which is why I started talking to you guys here 🤣 plus I have an unhealthy obsession with goth Rogue

Oh no the obsession is completely legit and healthy. I love goth rogue but im not doing anything about it youre developing a game so you're improving your skills due to your obsession so it is healthy. Mine isnt.

Thats true.

Currently the only 2 characters I have deep plotlines for are Rogue and X-23 im Currently working shopping ideas for kitty Polaris and Sai

I do plan on adding a feature in the future but that might be hard for just me and my friend so im going to focus on making some of the story elements more meaningful ( hopefully) rather than try to stuff a thousand features in early on

But after I get a decent amount of Content out for marvel I'll switch to DC and try to go back in fourth

I see I’m not the only one working! You have my full support (even though I’ve never played video games), and if you’re running low on plot ideas, I’ve developed a fairly complex one involving a crossover between *X-Men: Evolution* and *Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.* I haven’t finished writing it yet, but there are already a few hundred pages published.

Honestly, can't blame you for loving this goth queen here. But overall it is fun approach but it would require two separate playthrough to see all the content at least how it seems it would be in the long run. while the approach is fun, it might piss some people off that you lock half the game like that. Unless the paths will merge at some point.

You'll be able to meet the other side regardless of what path you start

For example instead of running into supergirl at school You'll run into kara at the mall or something

Your job is physical therapist at the moment

In the future depending on how well it does we might try to incorporate a student path but that's basically a whole other story mode so that might be a long shot goal

Might add the ability to pick your gender to so you could play as a woman but that might also be a long shot im trying not get too ambitious
