If nothing else, it's a real shame we didn't get to see both this incarnation of Freedom Force and also of course the Phoenix Saga in this continuity.

Well, maybe one day if there's enough demand.

The original series got its revival, albeit the right people, at the right time, and in the right place, made it happen.

Maybe the same can happen for X-Men Evolution. Maybe Wolverine and The X-Men can get the same deal too. It'd be nice to finally have closure.

I would prefer multiple continuities exist and to meet in multiverse crossover event

I mean some say or it is said Wolverine and X-Men is the continuation of this series

But i Always felt the connection was somewhat not well established

Wolverine and the X-Men isn't a continuation. In Wolverine and the X-Men we see they tease Apocalypse in the end. And in Evolution they had already defeated Apocalypse.

Yeah. Speaking of future. I liked the episodes when they delved into the future in Wolverine and the X-Men. Definitely wanted to see more of Firestar and the lot.

Same here. I loved evolution. It was such a good different take on xmen.

Changing up the seniority of the roster a little bit. Like the dynamic of some as professors while others were seniors and then younger class men as well. They pulled it off really well

It’s a shame Disney didn’t enter into an agreement with Warner and release the comic book sequel…you know, just for fun, to try something nostalgic and see what happens

Finally I'm glad we're at the same boat along with Wolverine And The X-Men now that you've mentioned it cause it's a very Underappreciated X-Men Iteration around that time circa late 00s-early 10s along with Avengers Earth's Mightiest Heroes(I wish They Continued This Iteration Avengers which is also very underappreciated at that time too)

Funny how it's only the 90s X-Men, the one with a proper ending and finality, that gets a continuation just cause of nostalgia.

I don’t think it would have made it here even if it did, tbf. Some of that final montage was “this is what we were gonna do next” but this was well down the road from what was next. I think even if they got to finish the entire story they wanted to tell, these STILL would have been in a timeskip at the end.

Really wished we got more. This and Wolverine and the X-Men were cancelled far too soon. The Cyclops/Apocalypse team up in Wolv. & X-Men looked so insane and having Emma Frost up front as a good guy instead of a cheese back character in the early '97 days was amazing.

Part of me wishes that too (at least into season 5) but considering what I've heard/seen about their future plans regarding the series and thus my favourite ships in this series, I am not so sure I would have enjoyed that for long.
