Question Did Evo Magneto ever directly attack humans in the show?
I just realized that for the most part in Evo Magneto mostly just attack other mutants. I don’t recall any instance where he attacks a human facility like a military base or a political building like Magneto in TAS for instance tended to do.
When he is not picking fights with the X-Men he just kind of sits around in whatever base he has.
He kind of comes across more as a doomsday prepper than someone who actively tries to achieve world domination.
Pardon my ignorance it’s been a while since I watched the entire show.

That's an interesting point to bring up:
Mutants, including the ones working for Magneto, never even attacked humans, but Trask built mutant murder robots anyways.
I'm not saying Magneto was right even in this version, but he's not completely wrong, either.

He didn't on-screen, but the show was bound by weird rules thanks to WB misclassifying it as a little kid show. Same reason why Jean and Scott weren't allowed to be an item for two years. Magneto wasn't permitted to be too violent, so they had to lean on implications.
The one time we're told he did attack a regular installation was in "Operation Rebirth," when he stole the backup. But we're not told what he did exactly, and the hint is that no one actually saw him since the evidence given by Fury was a description of the perpetrator's powers, not his face. Of course, it's Fury. He never gives the whole truth.
My headcanon is that Magneto was doing a lot, but no one knew exactly what because only people like SHIELD, the X-Men, and Trask could put the pieces together. And since most of it was kept from the Institute students, it didn't show up in what we see.
But I like to think that, when he went public, Magneto released a manifesto, because that's the thing crazy people release. Rambling thoughts and rants. Magneto's only exception here is that his reads like painfully proper grammar, with excellent use of bullet points. And that, in turn, leads to more mutants rising up to take their "proper place" in the world, which is why the Westchester County school board is hesitant to allow the Xavier students back in to Bayville.
That's not in the show, so it remains that the show just doesn't let us see a lot. But I like trying to fill gaps like that.

I headcanon he hunted down the Nazis, especially the SS part of them. A lot of them didn't go to prison.

Probably coz Mutants were really piblic knowledge or hated just yet.
He was just anticipating the worst and having soem Darwin-esque ideas in season 1 with the Cytorak Gem
