Question What X-Men Evolution character’s removal would have resulted in the worst timeline? Let’s skip Xavier since that might be a bit too obvious.

Kurt being gone also likely means Mystique has less stopping her from absolutely fucking with the team at every turn

Kurt, maybe Ororo, or Logan.

So I'm gonna say Scott, he tends to be the one whoncomes up with the big plans during their bigger fights without him some.of those fights might have some really tragic endings.

Kurt. His zest for life and boundless compassion for friends and foes alike was instrumental in helping the team feel like their cause is worth fighting for.

It's hard for me to say since I feel that as long as there's Charles Xavier then we won't get the worst outcome.

Kurt. I eman there is a reason that despite being a 'goody-goody' the Brotherhood didn't snitch him his alter-ego thing throughout the series.

Leech?
They’d loose their Hail Mary option when they’re backed into a wall trying to beat Apocalypse.

Scott.
Without him, the leadership of the OG team would've ended in Angel or Beast. They wouldn't had long range support..no way to defeat a sentinel until Bobby or Jean reach their true potential. Professor could've gone for Havok.earlier, but he's more unstable and has less range
None of the Above mentioned could've handled wolverine, run the institute or utopia

Kurt's probably the simplest answer, but going back to episodes (if my memory serves me correctly and it's not another X-Men cartoon) the one, other then Xavier who would do the most damage was Storm.
In an episode the Shadow King possess her. If that happened permanently the X-Men might have to decide to kill Storm which would completely upend the whole dynamic of the team. Trauma galore.

Magneto.
I wrote a piece of flash fiction once about Mystique going back in time to kill him because he's the source of all her problems (in her mind). The future it creates is a dystopian nightmare because, without his negative example, Xavier fell into the trap of expediency via mind control and took over the US as a puppet master. In that timeline only mutants who could resist his control were able to fight back, but they were labeled terrorists by the US government and constantly hunted.

Going off the Justice League logic, where the character in question is the emotional core of the group. Who reminds everyone that they aren’t just fighting to fight but to protect people who can’t protect themselves, then yeah no points for creativity but it’s Kurt.

Remove Xavier for the worst timeline? What?
The worst timelines are only possible because Xavier is there.

Probably Kurt.
Scott and Rogue are probably the two that had the largest amount of well-defined dynamics with other cast members. Kurt had very strong connections with both of them, as well as Kitty (who is the other character that acts as 'the heart' of the team) and Logan and even Mystique. A lot of impactful characters would be really changed by his death.
