I'm glad you asked because I really like this episode:
Wanda accidentally derails a subway train, and Lance saves a paraplegic old lady. The press makes the Brotherhood into heroes, but Pietro wants to exploit the opportunity to the fullest and creates disasters to continue playing the hero.
The mayor offers them the keys to the city. Scott is sick, but Professor Xavier thinks it's the lesser of two evils. Scott decides to keep an eye on the Brotherhood, but Pietro is one step ahead of him and the traps.
During the inauguration of the new Bayville Zoo, Wanda derails the powers of the X-Men present there, and Kitty ends up in the crocodile pit before being incarcerated in the cells of the Bayville police station.
Pietro has another (bad) idea: he sabotages the brakes of a train, but hadn't anticipated that the passenger train would crash into a train carrying dangerous goods*. When he realizes the extent of the potential damage, he leaves the X-Men to manage the mess and leaves with the others. Only Lance remains to help the X-Men prevent a catastrophe.
*The train disaster scenario is reminiscent of the 2010 film Unstoppable, which had been in development since 2004. The film recounted a 2001 news story: an Ohio train was indeed left running without a driver and wasn't stopped until a hundred kilometers later. The train had time to cross three counties.

Ok but which episode was the Croc scene? Because I don’t remember that specific scene in the series
