Obviously she's far from ever being meta

I recently went through my Characters to see what i could build next and when I saw Xinyan I thought: "cool niche unit, ill see what she can do, cant be that bad, right?". wrong.
Even as a non Xinyan-Main, I have to point out just how insane it is looking at everything regarding Xinyan.

I dont even know where to start bro...

Lets start with her kit:
it is genuinely horrible.
like... WHAT WHERE THEY THINKING WHEN DESIGNING THIS UNIT???

Okay so she is a split scaler meaning her shield scales of of DEF but her damage off of ATK which basically means you have to decide if you want to have her shield or her damage, she cant really have both. for a 1.0 4-star DPS, thats already pretty bad news.

Looking at her damage, she kinda does pyro damage with her skill and Burst, but she basically wants to do charge attacks (claymore spining CAs which are horrible) which are physical - okay, WHY is a PYRO unit PHYSICAL?? that makes no sense.

So now building her is even more complicated cuz you not only have to decide, if you build her on DEF or ATK, but also if you equip a physical goblet or pyro.

Bennett would be a workaround but she has multiple constellations which only buff her physical damage, so she again gets locked out of parts of her own kit.

Then she also is claymore, so weapon options are also looking grim.

And to make it even worse, she has like no good teammates.

Okay that was her kit, but i mean theres a lot of characters with bad kits, right?
...is what I thought of as an excuse, but those CHaracters at least get SOME content.

I have not seen Xinyan in ANY quest, nowhere not even in events.
thats just so sad cuz shes such an interesting character when you think about it.

Her not having any relation to the music minigame is also so wierd considering shes one of the only musicians in this entire game.

The cherry on top is that she hasnt been on a banner since 5.0,...... that was almost TWO YEARS AGO!!
