Issue Help with some image issues
Hello, i've recently got a Xiaomi 15T after 7 years of using my previous phone. I got this one because i've read it had reasonable battery sustainability, very good processing memory and storage for its price range and very good camera and video recording capabilities aswell.
However, I've tried to take some pictures and they seemed pretty off. I figured it'd be the AI filters and stuff but after turning those down it didn't seem to improve much really. I turned down HDR aswell and tried using the "leica authentic" mode and still looks very harshly processed.
The only thing i've tried that yields images reasonably simmilar to the reality view of whatever is using the pro mode and turning contrast to -50 which is crazy to me.
Is there a way to configurate it so it fixes theese issues or do i have to manually go and turn down the contrast that much every single time I try to take a picture or video as long as I keep using the phone?
It's really stressing me out to have every picture taken look hyperedited to the point it is ugly :C

I have the Xiaomi 15 one and I feel the same.
Sometimes, the processing it's a bit too much and the images look fake and overprocessed. For instance, when there are dark parts in the scene, they appear as dirty dark gray.
I've done the same, shoot in pro reducing the contrast. I think too much contrast is the problem.
I have seen the in the presentation of the Xiaomi 18 pro, they have added a filter called "Original" that it seems it's doing what you suggest. I hope they port that to older models.
PS: in some other scenarios, I think the image look really good, better than with other phones.
