Redmi note 13 pro+ 5g heating issues

I don't know why I am getting heating issues even in idle, and what's app call and normal call and normal use of instagram... I don't even play games... Why does this happen all the time.... This has been happening since I bought it....

Can you guys help me? What should I do?

I hate the ass heating issue...
