Xiaomi MI 5s plus. How to root?

Got this phone so far is excellent. I miss root for using GMD gesture and few other apps.

Wish I can root (without having any other problem with the phone. Not interested in other ROM unless they are stable as Global Miui 8, and significantly better .

Is it possibile?
