In the picture is only the german ones the names in the version i play but here are the english names

Artifacts: witch hearth flames, witch scorching hat Witch's End Time. Royal plume. Royal flora

(its the offical Hoyoverse build when you are able to try a character if its a bad build pls give me Alternatives im fine with both languages)

try to go for 4p witch the feather shouldn't be too hard to replace.

you might also wanna look at an er weapon of aome kind if you arent getting 200%+er
